So we have been at the Steel City Convention this weekend and we have been having a great time.

Right outside of Pittsburgh, right.

Outside of Pittsburgh, Monroe, Monroeville.

Yes, yes, And we have been meeting all kinds of amazing fan ritos and full house fans and fuller house fans everybody.

It's been super fun.

But as you can tell, it is day three and I am losing my boy.

We're currently in the car right now on our way to day three of the convention.

Oh boy.

So we're like, well, you know, there's a tunnel that's closed.

There a lot of traffic today and detour, so we're like, what for course podcasts?

Our producers don't know that we're doing this.

They have no idea.

The best part was is I looked at you and I went, don't we have to record something?

And so I don't remember.

Either we're inventing something that's really great obviously, or we are just doing what we were supposed to do.

So how how has your h how's your weekend of convent and Steel City con?

I didn't know what to expect because this is my first convention outside of like the nineties con convention, so it was read I love Pittsburgh.

I was very excited to come here for the first time because my friend Katie is from Pittsburgh.

So that's why I feel like good fellow blockheads correct, a fellow blockhead and a Yinser.

I feel like an adopted Yinzer because we're always using Yin's.

It was very good.

It was I got to delivered to the hotel because I just couldn't walk anymore after a long day.

I'm a big fry on a sandwich.

Well, speaking of potatoes, we had delicious.

We had perovis this morning.

So at our hotel, I had like checked out the menu downstairs or whatever, and the first thing I noticed was pork belly and piobis.

Because I I was like, oh my god, that looks so good.

But you know, we get up and leave super early for these conventions, and but we had a little time this morning, so I went down by myself.

I was impressed.

I said, I'm down here having some breakfast and I asked, not even the server, but the lady who seated me if I could order some port Billion perogie because I had to leave and I really wanted it.

So you came down, you joined me for breakfast.

We were ready to early today.

So yeah, it was great.

It was a perfect little breakfast date, just like a little twenty minute of breakfast date.

He had to leave earlier than us for whatever reason.

So he's already at the convention and he is very much has fomo that.

And you know what's crazy is there have been like two or three young, younger girls who came through the line who, out of the corner of my eye, reminded me of me, oh like, weirdly look like me as a kid sort of.

And then they'd come through the wine and their mom would be like she gets she looks like you all the time, and I was like, oh my gosh, she kind of does little Jodie sweetness.

Yeah, but I mean maybe she's my utter.

Well there's also I've seen several people dressed as I don't know what.

But because this is a convention, this isn't just like a night, This isn't this is a nineties This is everything anime.

This is like some Walking Dead, this is horror.

Lots of lots of characters walking around.

Yeah, cosplay, cause lots of cosplay.

And so even though I don't know what they're dressed as, that people commit, they commit, they admit.

Yes, I saw a full Ghostbuster yesterday and Dave's line like the pack and everything.

Yeah, dedication so much, especially in this heat and humidity.

That is dead ship.

Ah well, it's been fun.

We see we talked to the Roseanne girls.

Oh yeah, yeah, Sarah and Lacy.

Yes, they were here, so we got to chat with them a little bit yesterday.

Let's not talk about my talk about you and all of my weird ticks about Wow, I can't talk to new kids on the block.

Uh yeah, what else done on the con this weekend?

No, this is a great con.

I would leave a great We had.

A really great panel.

It was packed, did so many Fanurato's in there, and everyone walked out with like a bowl on his head and he was one of those covers click for room service because the where we were doing the panel is across the street from the convention Center, and it is it was a it was a hotel.

It is no longer.

They just use it sort of in conjunction.

I think it's a use a church uses it, and then it's also used like in conjunction with the convention center, but multiple things.

Anyway, there are all of the kitchen things still there.

And Dave just happened to walk by and see one of those silver covers that you put on a room draving, and he wore it out on stages I had and he looked like he looked like the tin man from the Whizz So that's yeah, so on Brandon for Dave, Yeah, he looks great.

I mean he does.

He looks great.

It was so wonderful to be with him.

And that was really great.

He's doing so great.

And you know, he said he's got some of.

The fatigue and all that, but like thee and the fatigue.

But he said he's doing really really well.

He looked great.

He looks fantastic.

Yeah, yeah, I was a little word.

I'm like, oh, I haven't seen him since he went through chemo.

I didn't know if he I don't know, but he looks fantastic and it's great.

And he said he's feeling really good.

And yeah, it was.

It was lovely to get to spend some time with him.

My no, because you know, with him living in Michigan, we don't get to see him as much.

So yeah, this was really nice.

And yeah, Scott was here and he was just gotting all over the place, got like a little Bob.

He's like a little Bob, his little bob.

He yeah, Bob left and Scott took over as a virus.

Yes, our neurotic family member that we love.

We do love him.

And Candace was here too.

It was great to see her.

It's been in a hot minute since and she was with the coal or awesome hair makeup person on the East Coast here that has come with us to a bunch of pms.

We had a great dinner the first night.

We went out for steak at eddingmer Low and it was wonderful.

You and I got the same thing.

The trio of medallions and the peppercorn was really you you need some right now that'll like help your signs, right, yeah, clevering, but let's see what.

Yeah, I think that's such a good little, good little recap.

Loved meeting the fans on in this side of the world, and yeah.

It's been really fun.

We met people from West Virginia and Ohio.

I didn't realize those states were so close my East Coast geography I could use, I could is a big state.

It's really big.

Yeah, yeah, so it was kind of like we're on the eastern seaboard to like, uh, the Great Lakes.

Yeah, no, I didn't realize it was quite so big.

And people drove far.

Some Toronto, we had some jam, we had some Canadians the Toronto and coffee.

Yes balls x oh was that the name of it?

Okay, So the reason she brought it, oh, was because when I was in Canada.

I saw that brand of coffee and I thought it was hilarious.

B A l a Q balls, balls a ballbles balls balls ac and so I took a picture of it and I posted it on my on my Instagram, and I was like, oh, this is great coffee.

And so she was like, I saw your Instagram post from like a year ago when you posted it.

So I brought you some balls that coffee, oh from Canada, and it's actually delicious coffee and it's got little Canadian flags over it.

I love it.

That was That's so funny.

I did I know it was a sweet gesture, but I didn't know the story behind it.

So the reason is me and being an idiot.

So that's so great.
