Carl is a life long friend.  We met many decades ago when he was a summer intern in my office.  I knew this young confident (cocky?) young man (punk?) was going places the minute he walked in the office.  His technology knowledge and people skills are seriously top of the line and he has a stellar career at MicroSoft.  This many years later, we connect and share our thoughts on topics like giving back, depression, building trust and more.
