And: The Supreme Court of Canada grants a stay on the cull of about 400 birds on an ostrich farm in B.C.. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency ordered the flock destroyed last year, after tests showed avian flu in some ostriches that had died. The court is allowing the delay as the farm applies for leave to appeal the decision.
