#156 It’s Time to get Real About What You Did and What You Want

Episode Description

In this final episode of 2025, I take time to reflect and invite you to do the same. I talk about why setting goals still matters, even when we don’t hit them. A lot of us avoid goals because we’re tired of feeling disappointed, but real growth starts with honesty. I share a personal story about aiming for six figures in speaking and not reaching it, yet learning so much in the process. Progress doesn’t always look like success on paper, and that’s okay.

I also talk about the power of writing things down, reflecting honestly, and deciding what truly aligns with your life. Not every goal is meant to stay, and that doesn’t mean you failed, it means you’re learning. As we head into 2026, I want you to look at your wins and struggles without shame, and give yourself permission to reset, grow, and move forward with clarity and courage.
