Hello, been a minute, but welcome back to another episode of the search for the worst album ever made, it's Trve. Crvp. Pop!.

On this episode Steve and Sam throw the rulebook out the window and pick their own album to judge, it's the 5th studio album from rapper, actor, author, pop culture phenom Will Smith, Based on a True Story, which was released on the 28th of March 2025.

Dunno if you remember, but Will Smith has had a funny old time over the last few years, he won an Oscar for best actor, but it went a bit pear shaped if you recall. After that, Will had to scramble around a lot to salvage his reputation, which he hasn't really been able to do. He did release this record though, which was his most serious and personal effort to date. It's basically him going on about how great he is and how he doesn't care what people think of him, whilst also moaning that he nearly got cancelled. Good job Will!
