Nancy finds herself in a scary situation in New York City late at night when a man runs in front of her car and has to be taken to the hospital!

Nancy quickly discovers that there's more to this case than meets the eye: a retirement home that may be a front for nefarious activities, a famous missing boxer and a terrorist plot against the foreign minister from the UK!
