Plus: a dashcam nightmare as a boat comes loose on the 91 Freeway in Bellflower and darts across lanes like it’s trying to start its own insurance claim.  
Then it’s travel etiquette warfare: United may boot passengers who refuse to use headphones.  
And Starbucks is officially in spring mode with a fresh March 3 menu drop featuring new/returning chai, coconut, ube, and lavender flavors.
