All of the major genealogical platforms have many different tools to help anyone regardless of skill or ability. However, most of the tools never get used. Whether it is because people aren't aware, or are intimidated about learning something new, or feel like they don't have time, many opportunities to find ancestors are wasted. In this episode Colette covers some of these under utilized tools in FamilySearch, My Heritage, and Link-Lives. When looking for a long lost relative it is certainly helpful to utilize all technology that is made available to us.
