It's the second time in less than two weeks that U.S. forces stopped a vessel off of the coast, and comes days after President Trump announced a "blockade" of all sanctioned oil tankers entering or leaving Venezuela. President Donald Trump, who campaigned on "no new wars" has refused to rule out war with Venezuela.
