Join me for a deep healing NSDR (non sleep deep rest) meditation also known as Yoga Nidra. In this session I will guide you to relax your body to the point where your brain will shift into a theta state. This will induce deep calm, quieten your mind, and soothe your nervous system. You will practice the art of dropping all effort and control so you can experience your true state of being as your body is given space to regulate and restore itself naturally.
