In this episode we discuss the topic of autistic founders and business support with Marta Tomlinson.

Marta is currently completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Neurodiversity at the University of the West of Scotland and will begin part-time MSc Psychology studies at Leeds Beckett University in September 2026.
Her academic journey began with a BA in TESOL and Qualified Teacher Status (Early Years Education), followed by an MA in English Linguistics, where her research explored the phonological analysis of accent imitation and authenticity in the performances of Monty Python actors. Following her own late diagnosis of autism, ADHD and dyslexia, her interests shifted towards psychology, neurodiversity, communication and systems.
