The gaming industry is a 160 Billion dollar industry, larger than the music industry. It is also an industry where women, minorities, women, and people of color have historically been underrepresented. Only 41% of women work in the gaming industry.

One woman is on a mission to change the landscape. Nika Nour, an Iranian woman from California is leading the charge as the CEO of the International Game Developers Association where she is a leading voice for diversity, inclusion in the video gaming industry.
