Previously limited to contact-based workflows, this update allows businesses to send automated emails directly from workflows tied to companies or custom objects. Teams can choose whether messages go to the earliest associated contact, the most recent contact, all associated contacts, or contacts matching specific association labels. This gives marketers, agencies, and business teams more flexibility to automate communication across complex relationships without extra workflow steps or duplicate messages. It is a practical improvement for keeping follow-ups consistent, streamlining operations, and supporting custom business processes more efficiently.
