Episode Description

Jori Davis: 13 Years Abroad, Nine Countries, and the Platform She Built to Fix What Agents Don't

Jori Davis arrived in Israel at 21 with no local bank account, and her American card got frozen the day she landed.

Jori grew up in New Orleans and graduated from Indiana University. She was drafted 33rd overall by the Indiana Fever in 2011, then played thirteen years professionally across nine countries. Israel, Romania, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Greece, France, New Zealand, and Puerto Rico. After years of watching agents shuffle players overseas without closing the gaps those moves created, she founded Wevolv. A platform that combines AI and community-sourced data to help athletes make better career decisions.

For any player thinking about the overseas path, this is the episode on the job agents cover and the one they don't.
