Jason Thom then talks to Canada Basketball veteran Melvin Ejim just days before he was forced to withdraw his name from the roster of players involved in the Victoria Olympic qualifier.  Ejim speaks about what representing Canada means to him and why he appreciates the role as mentor for the younger players involved in the program.

Then we are joined by Senior Women's National Team Head Coach Lisa Thomaidis about the recent Americup tournament, the growth of women's basketball on the worldwide stage and here at home in Canada.  The SWNT will be adding three WNBA players to their roster as they prepare for the upcoming Olympic Games in Tokyo.
