In this episode, I'm speaking with Juliette Morard-Duboisset about life in Canada and why she kept choosing Alberta.
Juliette had started interviewing with Fairmont when the pandemic stopped the process. Her husband had resigned from his job, and she was out of work too. But they still wanted to come to Canada, so she applied to study interior design in Quebec.
They arrived in Montreal in February 2021, but Calgary remained the goal.

Why Calgary suited the life she and her husband wanted

Looking forward to a visit doesn't necessarily mean you want to move back. You can miss your family and the way the food tastes while preferring the life you've made here. Folks, know that those feelings can coexist without requiring you to make a decision about which country deserves more affection.
