Former police officer turned award-winning comedian Alfie Moore meets the radio and podcast host Andy Bush to find out about his parents’ experiences as victims of crime.  

Andy, co-host of the Absolute Radio Hometime show and Scarred for Life podcast, grew up in Brixham in Devon where he fell in love with living by the sea. Now based in Leigh-on-Sea in Essex, Andy tells Alfie the chilling story of how his parents lost most of their savings to an online investment scam. 

Alfie and Andy are joined by Sandra Bauer, Deputy Chief Executive at Neighbourhood Watch, who explores the various tactics used by scammers and advises how we can avoid being scammed.
