What if nothing is wrong with you?

In this solo episode, we explore a pattern so many of us live in without even realizing it — the habit of overriding our body.

Pushing through fatigue.
Ignoring tension.
Staying productive no matter what.

And then one day…

your body stops cooperating.

You feel exhausted.
Something starts to hurt.
Your sleep is off.
Your digestion changes.

And your first thought is:

“What’s wrong with me?”

But what if the problem isn’t that your body is failing…

What if it’s that we’ve stopped listening to it?

In this episode, I share my own experience with a hip injury during marathon training — and how what felt like a sudden breakdown was actually years of subtle signals I had been ignoring.

Your body doesn’t start with a scream.

It starts with whispers.
