What if the reason you’re stuck… isn’t your body, your schedule, or your discipline - but what you believe is possible for you?

Because before anything changes… your belief has to.


In this solo episode, I’m diving into something that sits at the foundation of everything we do - Belief.


For a long time, I didn’t think I had limiting beliefs. I saw myself as logical, practical, and grounded. But what I didn’t realize was that this way of thinking was shaping how I approached my body, my health, and what I believed I was capable of.


Growing up as the daughter of first-generation immigrants from Taiwan, I was raised in a home rooted in hard work, practicality, and doing what needed to be done. It was a beautiful upbringing, and I’m incredibly grateful for it. But there wasn’t a lot of space for intuition, spirituality, or what I now understand as deeper inner work.


And so, without realizing it, I developed a belief system that valued logic over feeling, proof over possibility.


But through my work as a physiotherapist, a coach, a runner, and a mom… I’ve come to see something very clearly:


If you don’t believe something is possible for you, you won’t take the actions required to get there.


Not because you’re incapable - but because your brain will filter out anything that challenges that belief.


In this episode, I explore how limiting beliefs show up in everyday language - especially when it comes to our bodies, our health, and aging.


Things like “my knees are just bad,”

“I don’t have time,”

“I could never get back into running,”

or “this is just how my body is now.”


These aren’t facts.

They’re beliefs.


And when we don’t question them, they quietly shape our decisions, our effort, and ultimately our results.


We talk about how beliefs are formed, why most of them aren’t consciously chosen, and how awareness is the first step to shifting them.


Because once you start to see the belief… you can start to change it.


And when belief changes, everything else follows.


This episode is an invitation to get curious about the stories you’re telling yourself - and to ask whether they’re actually true.

Because you’re not stuck.

You’re just operating from a belief that hasn’t been questioned yet.
