We explore how stress that goes unprocessed in the body can turn into tension, pain, burnout, and even disease over time—and more importantly, what you can do about it.

This is where mindfulness becomes a non-negotiable.

But not just mindfulness on its own.

Because the real missing piece for most people is movement.
