This guy turned $90 into $50K in a year selling ad space on postcards that get mailed to thousands of homes. He finds local businesses in Facebook groups, closes 95% of his deals over text — one plumber paid him $1,100 in five messages. No cold calls, no Zoom, no employees, no ads.
