Kristi Noem for criminal prosecution for contempt, but whether DOJ Attorneys should be prosecuted too. In a new filing, the question is raised whether DOJ Attorneys participated in a crime or fraud with Noem that would strip her of her attorney client privilege and force her to testify and leave her defenseless to a criminal contempt referral for prosecution.
