Despite what most people assume, Pinealon is not the pineal gland bioregulator, but it does work powerfully on the brain and central nervous system, and in my experience it’s one of the best tools for circadian rhythm, sleep quality, and overall brain performance.


I break down what Pinealon actually is a synthetic Russian-developed tripeptide, why the injectable form is the one I prefer, and what the research suggests about how it works at the cellular level. We’ll talk mechanisms like MAPK/ERK signaling, antioxidant effects in neurons, mitochondrial support, and why it may help reduce brain cell death and protect synaptic integrity.
