But Declan Casey’s story isn’t just about interviews. It’s about confidence, changing direction, taking a chance on yourself and having the balls to start something of your own.

He’s a Limerick man who moved to Kilkenny at 7 years old, became an experienced HSE manager, who after years of working in management and seeing first-hand the mistakes people make when they're looking for work, Declan decided to put that experience to good use and set up Ace That Interview.

And what the lads really like about what Declan does, is that it’s not just about telling someone what to say in an interview, it’s about getting people to believe that they actually deserve to be in the room in the first place.
