Episode Description
Will is suspended, but that doesn’t stop the office politics — or the courtroom drama. In a case that feels like a throwback to Season 1, Alicia defends a documentary filmmaker accused of inspiring a young woman’s suicide, facing off against the ever-sunny (and ever-sneaky) Nancy Crozier. A “blonde advantage” in court prompts Alicia to give Caitlin a surprising promotion, catching Diane’s attention. Meanwhile, vultures circle Will’s empty chair, with Julius, David Lee, and Eli all vying for power. Will’s sisters arrive, adding family chaos and nudging him back toward the office. Over in Peter’s world, Eli pushes for a keynote slot — but Peter’s reluctance to play political hardball puts the plan at risk.
