Timothy Hudson, the teen accused of sexually assaulting and murdering his 18-year-old step-sister Anna Kepner aboard a Carnival cruise, surrendered to U.S. Marshals after a judge moved to revoke his pretrial release, ruling he poses a danger to himself and others. Hudson has pleaded not guilty and faces a possible life sentence if convicted.
