The Mexican government, with intelligence provided by the United States, conducted a mission that led to the death of Nemesio Rubén Oseguera Cervantes, known as "El Mencho," and was the leader of the Jalisco New Generation cartel. The cartel responded by launching violent attacks across the country, setting up roadblocks and setting vehicles on fire. Now, Grey Bull Rescue, an American non-profit that specializes in the planning and execution of rescue and evacuation conflict zones, is on the ground in Mexico help U.S. citizens get back home.
