This episode is with John Minen DC, CCSP, MS. John has been a life long runner, competing in the 2011 US Track & Field Championship in the men's 1500m and qualified for the 2012 US Olympic Trials. He still enjoys running and competing in various race distances as well as cycling, hiking, snowboarding, rock climbing, and throwing the Frisbee with his dog, Linus.
John currently, owns and operates Colorado Sports Chiropractic in Boulder, CO. He is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP®) by the American Board of Sports Physicians with many additional certifications including Full Body Active Release Techniques (ART®), Certified Provider of the Graston® Technique , among many others.
John has also worked with the US Track and Field Olympic Team as a provider in 2012, 2016, and 2021 (2020 Olympics). He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master’s in Sports Health Science from Life University.
