On September 13, 1992, 27-year-old Su Taraskiewicz left her overnight shift at Boston's Logan Airport to grab sandwiches for her crew and never made it home. The next day, her body was found in the trunk of her own car. As a ramp supervisor and one of the few women on a mostly male crew at Northwest Airlines, Su had spent months enduring a workplace that turned against her. There were taunts, sabotage, and threats she faced just for doing her job well. Eventually her mother uncovered something that reframed the case: a journal, where Su had documented the harassment page after page, naming the men who made her days a struggle.
