Chuck Morgan was a Tucson escrow agent who claimed he had become entangled with organized crime and powerful financial schemes. After returning home from a bizarre kidnapping filled with paranoia and cryptic warnings, he disappeared again. His body was later found under suspicious circumstances, along with a marked two dollar bill that seemed to hint at hidden messages. Was Chuck silenced for what he knew, or was something else at play? His death remains one of Arizona’s most puzzling mysteries.
