We definitely have some fun talking about the growth of "fat reality TV" but we also get into the reality of what it took to find balance in his life, and it isn't just about changing food or getting bariatric surgery. It is about finding perspective on what really needs to be brought into focus before any physical change can happen. It is an incredible story of one man stepping out of real darkness like a phoenix, and into a place of happiness he had never felt before.
