If you’ve lived through betrayal, it can feel almost impossible to know whether your body is warning you… or whether trauma is pulling the alarm. In this episode, I talk with you about the difference between intuition and trauma responses, why your nervous system reacts before your brain does, and how you can gently start trusting yourself again.

I’ll walk you through simple ways to check in with your body, notice what’s happening in the moment, and separate old fear from present-day truth. You’ll also hear how safe relationships and somatic healing can slowly help your nervous system relax so your intuition doesn’t have to scream to be heard.
