A quieter week in video games, but that doesn't stop us getting together to chat about everything that's gone down this week in the DayOne Show Episode 309!

Before we dig into the news, we've sure been playing a lot of video games, and kicked things off this week with a review of People of Note, which I didn't really enjoy. Thankfully, I followed it up with a shiny Forza Horizon 6 preview. I got to tour Japan in full, and took a deep look at the game, which comes next month! Jesse released his review for Samson, which unfortunately launched in a pretty rough state, at least according to his review of this new mini-open world crime game.
In news, it was unusually quiet, but we still got to dive into a number of topics, from State of Decay 3 and it's newly announced Alpha tests and the apparent release date leak for Halo Campaign Evolved. In other news, Xbox had some new updates for Achievements at long last, and the triple-i initiative had a really good showcase, with a lot of fantastic games.
