Have you ever bought a new car and suddenly noticed that same model everywhere?

Your awareness did.

Our minds are constantly filtering information.
We notice the things we've trained ourselves to recognize, while countless other details pass us by unnoticed.

The same is true in life.
If we're always looking for problems, we'll find plenty of them.
If we're looking for opportunities, acts of kindness, or reasons to be grateful, we'll begin to notice those too.
What we focus on shapes our experience.
That's why learning is so powerful.

The more we expand our knowledge, the more we're able to see possibilities that were there all along.
