There's a new arrival on the farm! Ms. Moly the cow has joined the Stumpe household and the whole family is in love. Tyler joins the podcast briefly this week to answer all your burning baby cow questions.

Regardless, Lizz is learning a lot about herself from her '40 Days of Less' as is Kelly with her sugar-free lent. 

Kelly has a new Base Model Luxury that is really brightening her mornings. She puts spoons in the freezer overnight and uses them in the morning to depuff her face. It might sound odd, but honestly this could be your new favorite habit.
