Emma returned to Cape Cod as a caregiver and decided to stay to build up the youth community through After Hours [AH] her brand new organization.  This community organization for young adults is built around the idea that people should grow together, not alone.  In this episode of the Cape and Islands Podcast we sit down at the Old Colony Tap in Provincetown to hear her story.
