Episode Description

Jen Psaki talks with Michael Feinberg, former assistant special agent in charge with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Ken Dilanian, MS NOW justice and intelligence correspondent, and her fellow MS NOW host Chris Hayes about the facts and context behind Donald Trump's criticisms of U.S. election security.

David Rohde, MS NOW senior national security reporter, talks with Jen Psaki about the former federal officials he is in contact with who recognize many of the documents Donald Trump is releasing, and are critical of Trump for excluding information and context that doesn't fit the narrative he is trying to construct about flaws in the U.S. election system.

Senator Raphael Warnock calls Donald Trump a "desperate man" and a "failed president," and points out that while Trump puts on a performance to undermine confidence in the U.S. election system, Americans are struggling with the challenges of life in his economy. Warnock says he knows there are Republicans who realize Donald Trump isn't telling the truth, and calls on them to see past partisanship and speak out against Trump in the name of patriotism.
