President Trump’s deployment of the national guard to the nation’s capital has ruffled some feathers among Democrats, but few have denied its effectiveness.  What hasn’t been effective however, are the threats of secondary sanctions against Russia - which have done little to deter President Putin from continuing his invasion of Ukraine.
