About Steve

Steve Cafiero is founder and managing partner of TideShift Partners, where he works with senior leaders to scale their businesses across leadership strategy, organizational alignment, talent development, and change management. Steve clients include executives from major corporations including SAP, AT&T, Gartner, Amazon, Forrester, Calvin Klein, VMware, Broadcom, AETNA, UBS, and several privately held companies. Steve’s professional experience includes positions at SAP, Gartner, AT&T, and privately held financial services firms. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York, and an MBA from PACE University. He and his wife Kim have been active members of the Wilton community for over thirty years. They have two grown daughters, and enjoy traveling, entertaining, and spending time with family and friends.
