Episode Description
In this solo episode, Mark returns to the original written material behind his first intentional tattoo course and opens it back up in podcast form. He shares the arc from street-shop apprenticeship and visual arts training into the deeper awareness that eventually became the Tattoo Pathway, then begins revisiting the seven principles of tattoo philosophy, starting with relationships.
Instead of treating tattoos as isolated designs or moments, Mark explores how they sit inside a much larger web: your relationship to your own tattoos, your relationship to the tattooist, and the tattooist’s relationship to the work itself. This is less about tattoos as objects and more about tattoos as part of a living story, an identity process, and a long-term path of coherence.
