Today Manja interviews Siobhan Mulcahy. She is the Arts Officer of County Clare, Ireland. Being an arts officer part of her job is to facilitate programs like TAP, teacher Artist Partnership. We explore the role of local government in making arts in schools possible and how different counties support each other by sharing expertise and knowledge.
