Episode Description

Four thousand years before Ghost Hunters, somebody wrote down an encounter with the dead, and the instructions for getting rid of him involved beer. Talking Strange host Aaron Sagers offers up a brief origins of ghost hunting from the Epic of Gilgamesh and the oldest known image of a ghost, to the Roman philosopher who solved a haunting on a writing deadline, to the 1794 novel that used the phrase "ghost-hunting" like everybody already knew what it meant.
