This story was only available via online Flash player. Previously we were able to recover the first comic "Ghost Story" - as shared here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/137320127

With some excellent detective work from Talking Joe Facebook group member Ed Mundy, the "Heavy Metal" comic has also been found!

Before now, only the cover and a brief mention on HISS Tank remained https://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-joe-news-rumors/622-g-i-joe-kung-fu-grip-comic-heavy-metal.html

The Commander scoffs at surrendering to one man, but then Snake-Eyes arrives in the Metal Mayhem Mech and defeats all of Cobra's BATs and a robotic cobra. He and Flint nearly capture the Commander before he escapes in a rocket plane. Snake-Eyes then uses Metal Mayhem to destroy the earthquake machine and save Washington.
