If you love a woman and lately you feel like you are walking on eggshells around her, I made this episode for you.

Many men were never taught what menopause really does to a woman’s body, brain, and sexuality. When these changes show up in a relationship, couples often feel confused, rejected, or disconnected.

In this episode, I break down eight things every man should understand about menopause. I explain why menopause is a full body neurological and hormonal transition, why emotional reactions may feel sharper, and why libido often shifts from spontaneous desire to responsive desire in midlife.

I also talk about vaginal dryness, painful sex, and why dismissing those symptoms can damage intimacy. When sex becomes uncomfortable, avoidance is not rejection. It is the body protecting itself.

I also remind men of something important. Midlife is happening to both partners. Men experience hormonal shifts, changes in erections, and stress responses too. When couples acknowledge these changes together, intimacy becomes collaborative instead of defensive.

Menopause is not the end of intimacy. With the right understanding, it can become the beginning of a deeper connection and a better sex life than you had before.
