Margeaux Feldman is the creator behind the IG page @softcore_trauma, the author of Touch Me I'm Sick, and Substack writer. They join the podcast to talk all about the importance of humor in living with trauma, learning how to process our suppressed anger, and understanding attachment traumas.

We spend a lot of time talking about the current horrific state of the world and the importance of anger and protest when it is absolutely warranted and needed. With any discussion about the atrocities of our current world we also dive into discussions of privilege, self-reflection, and the need to find balance.
