For months, I told myself I was afraid of making the wrong business move. But when I looked more closely, I realized I wasn’t afraid of choosing the wrong thing—I was afraid that choosing anything would define me.
In this episode, I’m exploring why those of us who crave expansion can feel trapped by our own choices, what happens when we stop expressing ourselves inside someone else’s framework and begin building one of our own, and why the next thing doesn’t have to contain the entirety of who we are.
