Dr. Bob McGwier has spent decades at the forefront of applied mathematics, engineering, and advanced technology. He earned his BSEE in Electrical Engineering and BS in Applied Mathematics from Auburn University, followed by a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Brown University. His career includes work at Sandia National Laboratories, the Institute for Defense Analyses Center for Communications Research, and Auburn University. Most recently, he retired from Virginia Tech, where he served as Professor and Chief Scientist of the Ted and Karyn Hume Center for National Security and Technology, while also pioneering the use of AI and computer-based systems to detect UFOs and UAPs across the United States.
