Mark "The Hammer" Castagnini joins us this week.

Hammer has seen it all through the 90's and early 00's as a bouncer on the door to some of Melbourne's most well renowned nightclubs.

While he was busy being security, he also had a well established kickboxing career.

These days he runs Hammer's Gym in Nunawading and is the head instructor there.
