While many skiers have returned to their cabins and chalets for food and warmth, the dedicated remain. The surrounding hill is quiet and peaceful except for the sound of passing skiers scraping as the carve past, the hiss and rumble of snow machines, and the mechanical whirr of the chairlift above.
