The speed of life isn’t the point. Working in the place God has put us and living in His grace and kindness that makes the impossible doable without stress, fast or slow, is the point.

In this episode, I explain why slow living is a false ideal and how chasing a peaceful aesthetic can actually increase anxiety and burnout. Peace doesn’t come from fewer responsibilities, fewer people, or a quieter-looking life. It comes from aligning our expectations with God’s calling and trusting His grace to equip us for the work He’s given us.
